Lu-Tze - Discworld Character Biography
Character Bio
An unassuming sweeper at the Monastery of Oi Dong who is actually one of the most powerful History Monks. He follows "The Way of Mrs. Cosmopilite" and is known for his wisdom and exceptional martial arts abilities despite his humble appearance and demeanor.
Physical Appearance
Lu-Tze is a small, wiry, elderly History Monk with sharp, lively eyes and a wrinkled, wise face. Despite his advanced age, he exudes strength, flexibility, and agility. He typically wears simple, slightly threadbare saffron-colored robes and sturdy sandals, often paired with a battered straw hat. He also habitually carries an old broom, which serves as both a practical tool and, deceptively, as a powerful weapon. His serene, cheerful expression is tempered by an underlying mischievous intelligence.
